Features
- Health physics dosemeter for simultaneous dose and dose rate measurement
- High accuracy, excellent resolution (1fA) and wide dynamic measuring ranges
- Exceeds requirements of calibration labs for leakage, linearity, reproducibility and stability
- Checks high voltage across the measuring volume of the ionization chamber connected
The UNIDOS models T10019, T10026 and T10027 are high precision dosemeters utilizing ionization chambers for radiation protection dose measurements. A built-in relay can automatically be switched and by that an alarm can be activated when the dosemeter detects the exceeding of a preselected dose threshold. The device includes a high-voltage power supply for chamber polarizing voltages in the range from 0 V to ± 400V in increments of ± 50 V. The unit measures integrated dose or dose rate simultaneously with wide dynamic measuring ranges. Calibration factors and chamber data are stored in an extensive chamber library. The PTW calibration laboratory provides for the calibration of the radiation protection measuring quantities Hx, the photon equivalent dose, and Hp(10), the ambient equivalent dose, both measured in Sievert (Sv).
The UNIDOS can also be used as a precision electrometer measuring very low electrical charges and currents. It includes an internal electronic test circuit for automatic system checks. The device features mains or battery operation and includes an RS232 interface.
