The positioning carriage of the Calibration Bench can be supplied with options for the exact adjustment of the detectors to the calibration beam axis. Two adjustment options are available:
- The Calibration Bench height control option enables the user to carry out detector platform height adjustments in the moving range of 200 mm.
- The Calibration Bench horizontal control option enables the user to carry out one-dimensional horizontal adjustments of the detector platform in the moving range of ± 50 mm from central position in x- or y-directions. If the platform is intended to be adjustable in both horizontal directions x and y two of the horizontal control options can be stacked.
Both options are designed for manual adjustment of the carrier platform. The external dimensions of the platform are 500 mm x 500 mm. A grid of 400 tap-holes with 6 mm female thread makes it easy to fix the detectors on the platform for calibration.
A video installation is available for video control of the measuring equipment on the platform. The installation set includes a holding device to mount the video camera on the carriage platform.
