Capintec’s Minor Spill Emergency Kit is based on the suggested contents described in NRC Reg Guide 10.8, revision 2: Medical Use Programs”, Appendix J “Medical Spill Procedures”. On page 81 we show a “Decontamination Kit” for major spills. The Minor Spill Kit is better suited for use in the Nuclear Medicine area.

All kit contents are packaged in translucent yellow tint, 4 mil plastic liner to be stored for quick retrieval in the event of a contamination incident. The kit includes Emergency Procedures and forms to document a spill and decontamination efforts.
